There you will find a brief description of the product and if you scroll down the page you will see additional details highlighting the benefits, as well as images and other information. THE PRODUCT I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE :(

Our store carries a wide range of products. Many of our products are seasonal exclusives and once sold out they will most likely be discontinued. Occasionally an item in our standard selection may be temporarily out of stock. We recommend checking weekly to see which items are back in stock. Our website may contain inaccuracies regarding availability. In these cases an item or order may be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience. We do not currently have a backorder system.

WHAT IF MY ORDER CONTAINS MISSING OR FAULTY PRODUCTS?

For missing or incorrectly delivered items, please contact us at YOUR EMAIL. Please provide your transaction reference number (order number) and send us proof (image file size should be under 1MB). We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Processing takes 1-2 business days, shipping of your product (US) takes 2-5 business days, and international shipping takes 7-14 business days.

Yes, we do. Please note that international deliveries are insured and secure and all orders arrive at their destination.


How can I exercise my right of withdrawal?

If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here for you! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a store credit, another product, or a refund to the original payment method.


Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must still have tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
Returned items must not show any visible signs of wear or use.

Personalized items cannot be exchanged.

RETURN FAQ

Damaged or lost products

If the product you ordered arrived damaged or was lost in transit, you can request a replacement or a refund. All you need to do is send us a photo of the product in the condition it was in when delivered before returning it. When returning the product to us, you must use a tracking number. Otherwise, we cannot issue a refund.


Any fees that may apply and must be paid

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to our warehouse in Germany. These fees are non-refundable. Restocking fees are 1€, if applicable to your product.

If you return a product and once we receive it in the correct condition, you will be entitled to a replacement product, a refund or a stock credit.

Replacement product: Once you have selected the product you want, it will take approximately 7-10 working days for it to arrive.
Refund: You will receive the money directly on your card (or other payment method) after 2-5 business days.
Store credit: You can get a store credit immediately.
